Parchment paper is great for baking -- foods don't stick and cleanup is very easy. I'm particularly glad to have found this generous-sized roll. It is more economical than the smaller rolls, lasts a long time, and causes less waste. The width is perfect for 15" baking sheets. Dispensing is also easier than with the small rolls, which become a challenge to work with when nearing the end of the roll. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to bake and save money and time.

This is the best parchment paper that you can get. When Costco is not carrying it (for half the price) this is very convenient.
