I have to say Papo makes exceptional toys. The detail on these are amazing. The weapons are removable, which could provide a hazard to really young kids. These make a great collection for older *kids* like me as well. Definitely works of art.

I love them because they aren't part of any movie tie-in and yet they are really imaginative. We do all kinds of things with them (I have a couple other Papo mtants as well as knights and dinos). I love any toy that plants a seed in my kids' heads and love watching them and playing w/them. Plus, you can re-inact Kamandi, Last Boy on Earth.
