This album is a great one! Musically beautiful, technically sublime, played and produced with great passion and care. And this version of 'Claudia' (Chucho Valdes), already a 5 stars-composition, is the best one I have heard.

This is the best $6.80 you'll ever spend in your life. Emotionally charged jazz at it's best. Impossible to sit still while listening. This is what happens when highly competent musicians play from their heart.

Friday Morning, Tanga, Reunion, and Body & Soul are the highlights of this CD...although all the tunes are great. I'm absolutely in love with Friday Morning... This is a great Latin jazz CD...a good representation of the genre. I'd say a classic of it. But it. |
