I bought these 2 months ago to replace under eve can lights on the outside of my house (okay it was the second floor and I was tired of using the ladder to replace them). But, they look good, so I plan to replace the rest of the first floor cans. The important part is that while the color warmth is slightly cooler than the standard incandescent, they are close enough. Also, they aren't a super harsh bright that LED tends to be. A good replacement bulb.

Have only had these installed in some exterior flood lamps for about 2 weeks, and so far, so good. (june 2011).
Light output seems brighter than the 50W incandescent bulbs they replaced, and the warm white color is a good color match.
Really looking forward to having these last for years and not having to spend $$ on new 50w bulbs and the time to replace them every 3-4 months.

We have about 20 par 20 bulbs in the ceiling, so I would like to save some electricity. With the regular bulbs, the place is very well lit.

I bought 2 of these LED bulbs to try out in a bathroom which has two spots over the sink. The color is a bit pale-blue, and there isn't enough light to make the space really pleasant. 3 stars says it - OK but not ideal.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you use these to replace your living room or kitchen lights, unless you want everyone to feel a bit pale.

Bought 3, 2 arrived defective. One worked but the circuit board inside rattled around, the other popped when first used.

Last one works, prob equivalent to a 45 watt bulb. Will work but not quite as bright as I expected. My 9 watt cfl puts out double the light.

These LED Par 20 lights are not warm white even though advertised as "warm white". They are cool white with blue coloring. I was disappointed in this product.

A few months after purchasing these LED warm white Rar20 bulbs, I decided to replace with Honeywell HWL1R20301B 3.5-Watt 30-Degree 3000K 80CRI 250 lumens R20 Flood LED Bulb. The Honeywell LEDs have a nice warm white color as advertised.

I ordered these for the can lights outside of my home. The light has no blue tint just very white! They only use 3.5 watts and have plenty of light output for my needs. Im ordering some of the warm white color too for indoor use.

It is used outdoors as well as indoors at our local library to save electrical costs. The quality of the light is typical LED- silvery-bright, not soft. I intend to buy more for the library.

I have been thoroughly satisfied with my purchase of these bulbs. They turn right on and don't generate hardly any heat. I bought 2 to use in my range hood after both halogen lights decided to quit after several years. These are also definitely brighter than the lights they replaced and only use <25% of the same electricity as before.

Pros: Very bright light (200 lumens per bulb). Nice white light. Hardly any heat felt on front of bulb, no risk of burning if this is touched. Turns on as quickly as you would expect.

Cons: On low voltage, sometimes it will blink on and off. After using these for 1 week it seems like they will turn on and stay on using the "low" setting on the range hood.

This bulb casts an ugly spotted pattern on whatever surface it hits. The spots are from the SMD elements, and the pattern it creates is very unattractive. As you spin the bulb in the fixture you can clearly see the spots rotate, proving it is not my eyes! The pattern looks psychedelic and is oddly colored - the spots appear yellowish, and the background is almost a light purple. The pattern looks NOTHING like the photo that is pictured.

I see that there are other positive reviews for this bulb, which is odd since this is such a glaring defect in the design. I feel that the market for these "no-name" LED bulbs has not yet stabilized, and the dealer might be getting inconsistent batches from China. I've read reviews from other dealers that back up this theory, stating that repeat orders of the same item produce different appearances.

I ordered my bulb from this dealer on eBay, but the cost of shipping the bulb back and getting the free shipping deducted - means that I will be paying $10 to get $10 back - so it's not even worth returning it. The dealer is professional and offered me a refund - but it's not even worth it.

This is the 4th LED PAR20 I've tried - I just can't seem to find one I like!

Purchased this "dimmable, low energy LED floodlight" bulb to replace a bulb in a track light set. It worked fine until the set was dimmed to a low level which my wife likes to set as a nightlight in our bedroom. Then the new LED bulb went to a new unexpected mode - flashing full on and off. Either this particular bulb product or the whole LED bulb line are not ready for prime time as replacements for incandescent bulbs.
