aight, myzery has mad skill, but this is not his best cd to date.. if you want the best cd he made you need to find "the red eye" good luck tho cuz its so freakin rare. this album is good and i would recommend it to anyone into horrorcore or spanish rap. you can see hie new york style coming out on his rhymes on this cd. picture scarface meets wu tang and you go this album. its fresh but i would not pay over $25 for it. these people got you tryin to pay in reaches of $80 for this when you can go to ebay and get it for less. if you like icp you may like this but its not in icp style... the only song they are featured on is witching hour and thats nothing like the other tracks. if you can find tracks from his red eye lp than you are set and dont need this one.

Psychopathic Phamily u will like Myzery. Myzery goes from English 2 Spanish which I really find cool cuz it iz different. ICP rap with Myzery in Witching Hour ( Which iz also on Forgotten Freshness ) and that song iz the $hit. If u don't have any ICP , Twiztid , ESHAM, etc... u betta get em while u can. Twiztid haz a song - Meat Cleaver featuring ICP and Myzery it iz great. SO U R DOWN WITH THE CLOWN TILL YOUR DEAD IN THE GROUND GO OUT AN BUY MYZERY ( cuz he iz part of the Psychopathic Phamily )

If your into bi-lingual fast-paced rap, this your CD.,

Myzery's "Para La Isla" album is an album you play when your smokin' on a fat one. The CD opens up w/ a fast paced bi-lingual track entitled, "Para La Isla". This hard-hitting song gives a good impression of how this tight, laid-back CD is. Then we move on to a phat track called, "Stimulated Dome". Two really solid tracks follow, "Stack it Up" & "If I Ever Die". Then, we go onto the most promoted track on the album, "The Witching Hour". This track features Detriot rappers, Shaggy 2 Dope & Violent J, The Insane Clown Posse! This track is one of those classic scary tracks that ICP has down to a fine art. Then the cd ends w/ the instrumental version of "Para La Isla". A really great album! I can't wait for Myzery's full length LP release.

Myzery - "Para La Isla EP" (3 ½ stars),

3 years after Project Born left Psychopathic Records, Violent J (of I.C.P.) recruited his brother-in-law Myzery (from the hip-hop group Spanish Side Rydas) and in 1997, he debuted solo with his "Para La Isla" EP. And it's a good release.
Myzery, a Hispanic emcee from the Bronx, came pretty tight with this EP. Although it's only about 30 minutes in length, it's stilla good effort, considering a debut. Myzery's lyrical style is dope, his verses consist of "Spanglish", which is combining English and Spanish. The album has a somewhat, dark, yet eerie atmosphere. As he raps about smoking weed, pressures of living in the ghetto, as well as gangsta rap. All-in-all, his rapping is great, although his flow is kinda off-beat at times, and maybe I would be able to understand it more if I knew Spanish. As for the beats, the legendary Mike E. Clark, Myzery, Poncho and Violent J came correct, the beats have a consistency of both hard-hitting and sometimes emotional. They have a typical east-coast hip-hop sound. Here is my individual track ratings. 01. "Para La Isla (ft. Shysty)" (A+) 02. "Stimulated Dome" (B-) 03. "Stack It Up" (C) (least favorite) 04. "If I Ever Die" (A) 05. "Witching Hour (ft. I.C.P.)" (A+) (favorite) 06. "Para La Isla (Instrumental) (A+) This EP is long out-of-print, due to Myzery's departure from Psychopathic Records, so maybe you'll find it cheap used or you can download it. It's a good, not great, EP by the Bronx rapper. Some of the tracks are bland, but the good ones really bump. I recommend this to all gangsta rap, east coast hip-hop and Spanish rap fans. This may be a little plain, but it's still a good effort for an EP. Shysty is currently an unsigned artist. I.C.P. appears courtesy of Psychopathic/Island Records. ~ Raw hide.

This CD is pretty good. I dig Psychopathic and their rappers, but this is completely different than ICP or Esham or any of the other artists. I like his different hispanic style rap because it is very unique and different from the normal horrorcore rap on his ex-label. The CD has 5 tracks, starting off with "Para La Isla", a spanglish song which in my opinion isn't the best, which is why I gave the album 4 stars instead of 5. The next track is "Stimulated Dome", which has a softer, awesome beat and dope lyrics. If you enjoy smoking marijuana, this is your song."Stack It Up", the third track, is also awesome, produced by Violent J and Mike E. Clark. It has a more ICP feel to it but its definitely awesome, Myzery's flows are mind-blowing if you really listen to them. The fourth, "If I Ever Die", reminds me of a theme song from a movie or something. Its one of the best songs on the album, and is also featured on 'Hatchet History: Ten Years of Terror', featuring classics from all Psychopathic artists. And the final track, "Witching Hour", is featuring Insane Clown Posse(ICP) and has a BIG ICP feel to it but its definitely the best track on the album, about a guy who thought he was untouchable and ends up dead. Its a track that makes you think about life and your choices. This CD is all in all a great CD, too bad its his only album to date. I definitely recommend this album to hispanic/stoner rap fans. If you can find his independently released albums, 4 facez, The Red Eye and Bad Influence, pick them up or at least download them. All of his albumz have been the atom bomb. Bry-Bry
