This is a wonderfull CD for every one that likes brazilian music. The type of music is very brazilian indeed, with strong folklorocal ascendance. It span a period between 70's and the early 80's, shortly before this divine woman and artist left this world.
The repertoir of this CD includes both quick rythm and more melodic, slow songs, which makes it a very representative sample of the whole samba genre. In all the songs the characteristic brazilian combination of rythm and melody can touch the soul as all the lovers of brazilian music know.
