I've being listening backwards to Panda (Pxndx), I first listened to them 3 years ago (2006) while they were promoting "Amantes Sunt Amentes", to me that was the greatest Spanish punk rock cd ever, and not entirely because of the energy and music, but because of the lyrics, it reminded me a lot when I wanted to hear this type of music earlier in my life. So, Instead of researching for their past records, I waited for their new CD release "Poetics" which is even greater!, more mature, less punk, but great energy, music and lyrics... as well as I kept listening the 2008 concert "Sinfonia Soledad" DVD & CD which is excelent and have some of this "para ti con desprecio" songs.

So, I decided to buy this CD (para ti con desprecio), as soon as the "Poetics" was released, and wow, I have missed so much more from them. They have greater songs!!!.. I just love them! I go to as many concerts possible and they are simply amazing!!!... This CD is great, I specially love: Disculpa los malos pensamientos (de rojo te ves bien), they always finish the concerts with this song, also, I just discovered "Mi huracan llevaba tu nombre" great percussions and guitar, you will love "cita en el quirofano", "3+1", "cuando no es como deberia ser" and I specially love "Hasta el final" look for the acustic version at youtube its great! and for some reason I am loving the last song: "porque todavia podemos decir 'una vez mas'"...

Just buy it you wont regret it, actually buy all of them, each one is so good, and believe they are different, lighter but with deep, real and excelent lyrics, hear the songs and then listen to the music!...

Album notes
There's a lot to be said about an album that can blend powerful guitar licks with syncopated drumming and the heartfelt lyrics of a man scorned. Panda does just that with their third studio release, PARA TI CON DESPRECIO. Songs like "Cuando No Es Como Debiera Ser" and "Si Supieras" carry the love-gone-wrong theme throughout the album; "Muñequa," which can be translated as "doll," paints a dire picture of despair amidst a fierce punk rock backdrop, as the chorus describes the title figure as "crying." PARA TI CON DESPRECIO has been described as Panda's most popular CD release, the one that introduced many fans to the Mexican band and compelled them to seek out more. And it's no surprise: the band's heart and soul were put into this album.

It was better than what I was expecting it to be. I cant get enough of it, I listen to it every day. I you like spanish punk, I recomend you purchase this CD, im sure youll like it.

Uno de los mejores albums de Panda, aunque este no tiene las canciones de "y de la gasolina..." o "Disculpa los malos..." pero las rolas que tiene estan muy bien!

They are just a CHEAP copy of My Chemical Romance. I have to hear their bad music often because my little brother like it. Well i guess its not his fault he is just a kid.
