The ACTIVcycle has an adjustable speed motor that offers a low impact workout that's easy on the joints, and it can also be used without the motor for greater resistance. The foot pedals have an adjustable foot strap and are easy on and off. Although I have not had the unit long I find it very good for exercising my right leg, had a complete knee replacement, during the Winter. A brought it up to my surgeon and he was very pleased with the unit. It was very easy to start using.

A must have for physical therapy. I have M.S. and this keeps my legs/arms moving when I'm too weak or fatigued to do it myself. I saw this item on another site for $169.Easy to lift and position. I find other family members using it too! Great product.
