The ACTIVcycle has an adjustable speed motor that offers a low impact workout that's easy on the joints, and it can also be used without the motor for greater resistance. Although I have not had the unit long I find it very good for exercising my right leg, had a complete knee replacement, during the Winter. A brought it up to my surgeon and he was very pleased with the unit. It was very easy to start using.

A must have for physical therapy. I have M.S. and this keeps my legs/arms moving when I'm too weak or fatigued to do it myself. I saw this item on another site for $169.Easy to lift and position. I find other family members using it too! Great product.
