A timeless classic where the grass is green and the girls are pretty!!! Purchasing with Amazon MP3 is so easy and hassle free that I hope they had this stuff when I was young.

1.0 out of 5 stars The Horror, The Horror December 22, 2011
In favor of the 14 comments on my review for Appetite for Destruction, I removed that review and I'm just gonna speak on my opinions for the one song I hate from them- Paradise City.

Paradise City is not a paradise city at all. The musical and lyrical aspect of the song is garbage, the vocals sound like crap considering this is coming from a band I don't care for at all, and- I don't even want to mention the scream that they use at the 1:28 mark of the song. It is... is... well, it can be described only with very harsh profanities.

One of the comments on my deleted Appetite for Destruction review said that the music sounds the worst near the end of the song- I just heard it just to see what it was, and I have to agree. You can't really tell where this piece of crap song is going at all. This song feels like it will never end.

You know my opinion of this band- they do not deserve to be placed in the category of "iconic" rock bands. The high-pitched scream alone should justify this band's fate in my musical world. This band's fate is nearly empty, and this song should have been eliminated by guns, with no roses at the funeral.

Oh, and I have to mention this- they replace the screaming at live shows with whistles. I was on YouTube and I saw a video where Axel Rose had a whistle in his mouth when the screaming part came. This doesn't make this garbage any better!
