I wasn't sure what to expect. For the price they work fine. I let them charge about 10 hours in the sun before using them first time.
They only have 3 LED's and more would be brighter but might not last as long. They are still on at 6AM when I get up. I'd buy these again.

The battery holder is under the solar panel and is designed to hold 3 batteries, but is only wired for one. This could be a much brighter light which would make it a lot more useful.

The Good:
Seems to be holding up well.
Choice of using a stake or a screw on mount.
Charges well.
On/off switch.

The bad:
Dim, limited usefulness could illuminate a house number or the start of a walk way.
Screw mount has brittle plastic, that is easily broken when screwing it to a post.
Batteries were dead when I received the lights and not revive with being charged for several days. Charging the batteries on an better charger revived them.

The Ugly:
Switching the light to off also shuts off the charging.

They would have gotten 3 stars except for the very reasonable price.

Not worth it all...just too lazy to return...they are still in the ground... But does nothing. Oh learned lesson.

I am very disappointed in this product. The lights have never charged up for me, but I got rid of the packaging and cannot send them back. I bought them to put light on our flag at night so we could leave it up all the time. I didn't even question whether they would work as all the other solar lights I have purchased have lit right up after a day of charging. Not these guys, they have done nothing. I brought them in yesterday and am goint to take them apart, put another set of batteries in and check all the wiring.

Immediately replace the fake rechargeable batteries with real ones. The ones they send weigh a fraction of what real ones weigh.

They are bright enough to light my steps but only cast light for a couple of feet (no good for illuminating trees). The light lasts all night long.

By the time I realized that two of them weren't going to work (I kept changing the batteries), I was one day beyond the return period. My bad.

Six Month Followup:
The remaining six all still work fine and keep a light all night long despite the shorter days and lower sunlight (it's winter).
