5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful!!!
I love this thing. It is huge, I put it together in under 20 minutes, and it is the cutest Barn ever!
The floor board (which i was not even expecting it to have one) is a little loose, but nothing that
will affect play or durability. I can not wait to give it to my 7-year-old for her birthday!

3.0 out of 5 stars The Paradise Horse Two Stall Barn
Grandpa bought this stable for my daughter for her birthday. She loves horses. Thank goodness I found a great deal or I would not have been happy with the product. The stable is cute and easy to put together. The hinge on the top that is used to open the roof for storage looks a bit fragile and I am afraid it may not stand the test of time.
I also found that...

I also found that my five year old daughter has a difficult time getting the horse in and out of the barn. The doors are too small for the horse to "walk" in to the barn. You have to move the horse up and down to fit it through the door. Why did they not design the barn one inch taller?
I also find it difficult for her to get access to the inside of the barn to put the "food", the tack, and pails etc. It is very difficult for her to play with the horse inside the barn. When you put the horse in that is about it. Access to the horse is difficult once it is inside.
From my daughters stand point it is the reality of the accessories that she loves and Paradise Horse is the only company that I have found has realistic saddles with real metal buckles, bits etc., halters, and horse stuff that has not fallen apart with her constant play. She is happy with the barn because it fits the horse that she can put the all the fun accessories on.
I really look at reviews when I am buying toys for my kids and my thought is if you can get this barn at a reasonable price, and has a horse lover like my daughter, I would say buy the barn, but as a parent don't expect it to be over the top as far as horse barns go and I feel it is not worth the original price.

I had it wrapped and then realized I had to put it together, so I unwrapped it...with the build time
under 20 minutes I wish I would have left it wrapped. I do not think it is worth the original price.
I paid closer to forty and am more than happy; twenty-eight is a steal.

To put this together my husband had to run to the hardware store on Christmas Eve. It was a disaster. It needed glue, and lots of it. The top still falls off, and all of the wood was splitting. Maybe it was just this one, who knows? We are too lazy to return it.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and wished I hadn't waited until the last minute to put it together because the barn roof was broken in the box. A tiny dowel acts as the hinge so that the roof can lift up. The wood was split so that the dowel came free. Wood glue did not fix it. My daughter still loved it and plays with it regardless, but then again she is two. She may not know the difference. Other than that issue, the barn is super durable and withstand the cat climbing inside it for naps along with our rough and tumble toddler. If it didn't arrive broken I would give this product a five star. Just the luck of the draw, I guess.
