Paradise On Ice has it all. It is good for the novice and pro. It will take you though your fruits, to garnishes, heavenly drinks, right down to invitation ideas for your tropical get togethers. It has your mouth watering for one of the island treats with the illustrations all the way though. Making you wish for the warm days of summer to arrive quicker if it is cool or just turn the heat up and put on the hawaiian shirt and Mr. Belafonte and have a luau in mid winter. A must have for your tropical getaways in your backyard. Light up the Tikis and shake the cocktails!!!

I was very please with this book. It came promptly and it was in excellent condition. The recipes are great and I plan on entertaining a lot this summer with these indulgent drinks.
