Doug Fitch has been a popular artist in Hawaii for years. This CD demonstrates his slack-key skills and his versatility with Hawaiian music. The lyrics are moving, the music lush and beautiful. This selection demonstrates Doug's deep knowledge and understanding of the traditions of Hawaiian music and his ability to build upon the tradition. If you are a fan of slack-key, this CD is a must. If you are not familiar with this music, Paradise on the Ocean is a great introduction to this beautiful music.
