If you have arthritis in your hands you will love this product, this is the second one I have owned and this is way better that the Homemedics brand, worth the extra money

It's a nicely made and easy to use unit. My first one lasted 8 years, continuously "on." It's been such a boon for dry winter hands that I've ordered another. (My mother has one too and finds it provides relief from her arthritis.)

got this for my mom, and she seems to enjoy it a lot, instead of going back and forth to the clinic, she can now have their treatment at home.comes with paraffin, about 6 packs or so, which eventually will run out, but dos the job perfectly fine.
