Ideal for fruit rolls and leathers, pureed fruits, raw crackers and cookies, yogurt and sticky items. Great for easy clean up, use them to line the bottom of your dehydrator to catch any drips. They can also be used for baking liners in pans and trays.

I bought these sheets since they were cheaper than the Excalibur Paraflex Sheets. They do the job but I feel they seem to be a little thin. When I first used them to make kale chips, the ends flapped a bit in the dehydrator, from the air.

They do the job well of not letting food stick but next time I will probably just use natural parchment paper.

These sheets are great. I've used both the silicone sheets on my dehydrator trays and also used the teflon ones. Unfortunately, both the silicone and the teflon ones didn't work well for fruit leather. That is mainly what I use my dehydrator for. I'd not tried the paraflex sheets before this year. They are bakers parchment but just cut to fit the 14 inch square trays in my Excalburs. The first time I took them out of the dehydrator, i fully expected them to stick. However, just peeling the corner of the paper down from the fruit leather it came off clean. I couldn't believe it. Plus, since they are disposable, you can just roll the fruit leather right up inside, wrap a rubber band around it (from your morning newspaper if you get one) and bingo, you've got non-sticky storage for them. One thing I would recommend, however, is taking them out of their rolls the minute you get them home and laying them flat with weights on them to flatten them out. After I did that, they worked fine. I don't understand what the previous reviewer was saying about them being blown over on themselves. I make sure I carry the fruit leather pulp out to within about an inch of the edge and they stay laid down just fine.

Beware this is for 1 sheet of parchment paper, not a roll of 100. Beware it's a scam!!!!
