About the Actor

Over ten years ago, Paul Hamilton, made his first film. He created a simple film that uniquely showcased the sport of hang gliding in a way that many had never seen before. From that auspicious beginning he had unknowingly started what would become an institution for the sport of hang gliding, as well as, paragliding, powered paragliding, triking, and ultralight sport aviation.

Flying for over 25 years, Paul is a United States Hang Gliding Association (USHGA) Master Rated Hang Glider pilot, P-3 Rated Paraglider pilot, and Trike Instructor. With this extensive background, Paul is in a unique position to bring the thrill and positive impact of the sport of paragliding to the lives of viewers. His programs are essentially celebrations and thrilling illustrations of what life can be like if it is lived with passion.

For anyone who wants to master ground handling, this is a great visual aid. Dixon White does a great job giving clear instruction with reverse launches, forward launches, high wind control, laying out the wing, and more. I've watched the DVD at least 6 times, took my wing out, and quickly put into practice the instruction. Being able to control your paraglider with all of the skills you gain from this DVD is a real confidence booster. Try it . . . you'll like it!!

I think it's helpful for people who are learning. (Like me)
The guy could have done a little better by saying more 'left/right'
rather than saying, "This one, that way..". The little comedy was
unnecessary. If they can show common errors/how to fix it during kiting, that would be
great too. It's worth 11 bucks to watch it online, probably not worth purchasing
for $40.

this dvd gives some good tips on paragliding . I think it is informative and is good to have if you are into paragliding . I would reccomend this to someone who is wondering what paragliding is all about .
