About the Author

Charles P. Nemeth, Esquire, has worked extensively in civil and criminal practice and its scholarly applications. Educated at George Washington University, Duquesne University, the University of Baltimore, Niagara University, and the University of Delaware, Mr. Nemeth is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He is currently professor and director of Public Service Administration at Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nemeth is a widely published author whose works include: The Paralegal Handbook; Anderson's Directory of Criminal Justice Education; Legal Research; Private Security and the Law; The Paralegal Resource Manual; The Paralegal Workbook I and IT Litigation; Pleadings and Arbitration; Private Security and the Investigative Process; Legal Research and Writing Exercises for Paralegals; Evidence Handbook for Paralegals; Estate Planning and Administration for Paralegals; Mortgage Foreclosure; Pennsylvania Real Estate Agreements of Sale; and state-specific Corporate Practice Guides for the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida, as well as numerous articles in various journals and publications.

As an attorney, Mr. Nemeth has been active in all aspects of civil and criminal practice for more than seventeen years. At present, his office specializes in matters involving educational law, tax interpretation, personal injury, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
