Frederick Dodson has written perhaps the most intriguing, uplifting and beneficial book addressing Reality Creation I've read in 20 years. It is by no means run-of-the-mill. With illuminating twists he has taken the concept to a quantum level, combining reality creation with parallel universe theory.

The beauty of this process is: we are not struggling to create a reality; we are choosing which of the limitless, already existing universes - our personally picked universes - we wish to enter. We don't have to try to change things. The reality we desire is in full operational mode. We just need to know how to step into it. This book is an exquisitely precise, direct and natural guide to doing just that.

In a lifelong, "driven" search for meaning I have read scores of books, many of them awfully helpful. However, This is the first time I've felt compelled to offer a review. This is because the principles make sense to me in a comfortable, yet penetrating sort of way that I haven't come across before.

But most importantly, the exercises and techniques work. Recently I "jumped track" To a "parallel universe" that (referring to self) does not include anxiety, worry, quilt, irritability, boredom, neediness, or smoking (a 45 year, formerly unshakable habit). The whole thing is really quite a relief. You can imagine the energy this has freed up. In my business, a "game-breaking" opportunity has presented itself that has been right under my nose for 17 years.

If I knew how to recommend "Parallel Universe of Self" more strongly, I would.

From Frederick Dodson's opening premise that the "Many Worlds Theory" in physics which hypothesizes that there exist an infinite number of parallel universes in and around us all the time, PARALLEL UNIVERSES OF SELF sets forth the idea that not only do those universes exist, but we can enter into them at will in ways that have the power to positively transform our lives. Dodson explains that the key to stepping into the parallel world we truly most desire is to first attain mastery of our thoughts and feelings, so that what we are thinking about and most emotionally involved with is indeed what we most desire for ourselves.

Dodson provides numerous exercises and personal accounts of reality surfing, as he helps readers discover the way to help ourselves believe that what we desire is already true... by grounding our desires and new beliefs in the new reality. I especially love reading Dodson's stories from his personal life in which he healed broken bones by believing that nothing bad had happened, encountered simultaneous conflicting realities, traveled back in time to relive an entire day, and experienced many other types of reality shifts.

I am particularly fond of Dodson's delightfully clear explanation of getting to a neutral mental / emotional place regarding the labels we typically use when viewing the world. Dodson's exercise of removing our perceptual filters enables us a kind of giddy freedom from habitual negativity, which in turn enables us to bask in the exhilarating experience of being in a state of consciousness that allows us tremendous flexibility in reality creation.

Anyone interested in reality shifts will particularly love and adore PARALLEL UNIVERSES OF SELF, as it is chock-full of reality shift stories. For those of us who encounter reality shifts rather frequently, this book is like a refreshing breath of fresh air, documenting many delightful details of how Dodson uses his "PURE" technique for reality surfing. Those who are curious about how it feels to experience parallel universes in real life, yet are not yet aware of having had such encounters will find this book fascinating and paradigm-shifting.

I give PARALLEL UNIVERSES OF SELF my highest recommendation!

This vivid book about "reality creation" does not rely on new age babble, channeling, need of legimitation from quantum physics or vague teachings on "enlightenment" but offers some very fresh viewpoints I havent read about before anywhere else. Readers of books like "The Holographic Universe", "The Field" or "Ask and it is given" will find "next level information" here. Unfortunately there is only one chapter on the authors personal experiences (the rest is technique and exercise based), maybe more of that would have been better.
