This book got me through first semester paramedic school.
This book was easy to navigate and very helpful for the assignments given in class. I liked the illustrations and explanations. The questions at the beginning of the chapters really helped guide/ focus my reading and studying. Our instructors must have used them to produce many of our homework assignments. The progression was mostly logical and quite easy to understand...

Too many books!
There are 5 volumes for this Paramedic Care series! It's a bit much, and could have been made easier. The authors have a lot of duplicate information throughout the books, which becomes irritating for the student. I found myself reading the same text in different volumes on many occasions. Some of the wording can be a little tricky when it doesn't have to be...

There are 5 volumes for this Paramedic Care series! It's a bit much, and could have been made easier. It's not a terrible series, but I would hope there's something better out there. |
