5.0 out of 5 stars Good reference for scientists and naturalists alike, January 13, 2008
This review is from: Paramos: A Checklist of Plant Diversity, Geographical Distribuion, and Botanical Literature (Memoirs of the New York Botanical Garden) (Hardcover)
There aren't many books as this that combine so many sources into one, as páramo literature is usually very scattered in many not so easy to obtain gray literature (which is sometimes very good), but to get it you would have to go to many countries's university libreries directly, as it was not ever published. A reference book as this is useful for decades to come. Also, it is cheaper here than in the NYBG site.
