There are some good RPGs out there; skim over the rules, create a character and enter your own little world while the book collects dust until you need to make a new character. But Paranoia is better than that! It's not just a sat of rules, but fun to read. It is not just a rule book, but a manual of interaction from the Computer itself.

The computer is your friend. All citizens are friends of the computer. If you are not a friend of the computer you are a Commie. All Commies must die. All citizens are secretly Commies. You are a Commie. You must kill all Commies.

That is just about how it reads through the whole book as it spouts out absurdity after absurdity to create a hilarious game. However, be warned: this game is all about Paranoia. If you have a good GM that can do this game justice, than trust between players is important. To play this game right there will be twists, turns, and backstabbing, so if you have any players who can't separate fiction from reality you may be opening the doors for backstabbing and hurt in real life.
