While trying to eliminate candida or other parasites, it is important to know which foods feed parasites and weaken the immune system and which foods feed only you and strengthen your immune system. It is best to stop eating sugars and starchy foods in every form and increase the consumption of non-starchy vegetables and protein. (Below is a general recommendation of foods to avoid and foods that may be allowed. This is based on recommendations for overcoming candida overgrowth, a yeast-based parasite. Diet may be adapted if dealing with other forms of parasites in the body.) It is imperative to eat only when you are actually hungry and not to overeat.

I hardly ever leave reviews so hopefully this helps someone.The title of the review says it all .. In detail here's where we feel the product tends to be a failure and more of a rip off; Trilight Health recommends to take the product for 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off, well to treat a family of 6 at $39.99 for 8 oz. we'd need to spend hundreds of dollars to accomplish this with their recommended dosage of 1 table spoon for every 50 lbs. 3-6 times a day .. yeah right - its almost comical, a 200 lb. adult male could finish the product in less than 2 days themselves.. In short when there are other products such as Pin-X Chewable Tablets - (12 pack) for less than $15.00 which would be enough to treat a family of 6 once then again in 2 weeks it a no-brainer. I could not and would not recommend this product, honestly its so incredibly over-priced that it really feels like more of a scam than a VFP (Valuable Final Product) As far as the quality of the product, it appears well made and seems to have a nice combination of quality ingredients, though taste fairly horrible (to be expected of course) and would be worthy of some more stars if it weren't for the price gouging factor. - Therefore out of fairness the 2 star rating ((at best)) seems appropriate.
