I have a four year old and a two year old. They both try to get into the fridge and freezer all the time. I've tried a different fridge lock that required you to do something to lock it each time, but that meant that I'd forget to lock it some times. With this one, you never have to even try to remember. It just locks when you close the fridge. It's easy to open with one hand (not like the other that almost required you to use two) and it's clear too, so it's hardly noticeable. Of course it is still noticeable, but it doesn't stand out at all. It's very simple to use. I would put it up high though, or the kids will just pry it off. The top of the fridge is the best place.

It is high quality, solid construction, and works well.

My 3 year old use to open the refrigerator door all day long and leave the door open.

I installed right away when I received the product. My son stop right away opening the door. Worked well.

This refrigerator lock is a piece of junk. I would have returned it to the seller, except it's not worth the postage or the time I would have to spend at the post office. I followed the instructions for attaching the lock to my refrigerator EXPLICITLY, and every time I opened the refrigerator door, the damn thing snapped off. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE product. I am thoroughly DISSATISFIED.
