I obviously did not realize this was a 14 page BOOKLET. This should have been offered for free on the website that mentioned this author; I paid .75 for the booklet but 6 times as much for postage. The booklet only covered conversing with an aging parent. I was very disappointed; I expected more depth and/or information.
