The sled was great fun last winter, and I'm sure it will be just as fun this winter.

Our family received the Paricon 625 Baby and Toddler Plastic Sled as a hand-me-down. I'd given up on using sleds for my babies and toddler's after our experience with the expensive (but lovely) yet completely useless and dangerous wooden sled by Flexible Flyer (their baby sled). So we gave this a try and it works!

The high sides of the sled help support the baby or toddler. It is deep and a cushion or folded blanket can be placed to make the bottom more comfortable. Blankets can be wrapped around the child as well to make the sides more soft and comfortable to lean into.

I'll be honest the bright plastic one piece construction is not beautiful to me, but it works. It is thick and solid and functional. The sled pulls easily with the attached rope. It glides across the snow with ease.

This sled never tipped over due to the child's weight being at the back (like the other brand sled we owned).

This sled is so sturdy that when we were finished I passed it down to a third family to use.

This is a practical sled that works that is safe and durable. What more can you ask?

We bought this in a yard sale several years ago. We used it for the last four years to pull two children in it from home to daycare on snow days and more recently the children have used it to slide down the road on our cul de sac.
Great to drag or to slide down hills. Has withstood all sorts of harshness including some dragging over crossroads roads where the snow had been shoveled.
    Very sturdy!

We really like this product. It is easy to get in and out of and very light, but sturdy. The only complaint is that the cord should be longer, but it is easily replaced. Well worth the money. Let it snow!

We live in an area where we can get over 8 inches of snow. When it gets that deep, this product tends to tip over.

We've used this for when our kids were like 1 year+ and we had to go around the yard and pack down the snow in a path or else it would tip over, putting our little bundles of joy face down in the snow!

If you're only going on a packed snow paths, it's perfectly fine, but we go on the sidewalk then into the fresh snowfall in the backyard, and it never fails to tip over crying, freezing toddlers.

Really surprised it's not mentioned in other reviews.

This sled is great for this year, my sons 2, but I don't expect it too last us too long. It's not much bigger than the baby toboggan that we have and used for his first 2 winters. You'll need to adjust the rope cause it's very small. And the buckle on the belt doesn't latch on mine I'll have to find a replacement.

Based on another review, I got this boggon for my 3 year old and 17 month old. It's way too small for both of them. It tips over very easily and the cord is too short as other reviewers mentioned. Neither one of them felt secure in it. I don't think it'll get much use and will probably end up collecting dust in the attic while we search for something more suitable.

I was very hopeful about his sled, since it seemed a good size and ensured my two year old wouldn't be falling backward off of the sled. It works fine if I'm pulling her along on the ice, or an inch or less of snow, so we use it on the sidewalks around town. But it seems to not spread out weight evenly - or something - and so it gets bogged down in any depth of snow and just tips over on its side, making for a very unhappy toddler.

We just received this toboggan from this place in MN called "Supreme Hardware/Grady's Hardware". First of all, the toboggan we received is not AT ALL like the one in the picture, it looks completely different other than the color being red. Second, the toboggan was beyond filthy! It was covered in dust and black grease! The "white" strings to pull it where brown. Disgusting. After cleaning it up I also discovered that it is full of scratches, like it has been used multiple times, even when they advertise it as "new." Just wanted to warn you about not trusting this hardware store. I won't return it cause for the price it is not even worth it.
