Liza Minnelli and Charles Aznavour in concert in Paris!! This C.D. is very hard to find. The first C.D. has Aznavour singing 15 of his greatest hits in French. DISC 2 starts with a duet of Aznavour and Liza (accompanied BY Billy Stritch) singing "Pour faire une Jam". Liza, in her usual fashion BELTS out with gusto stellar performances of such fabulous tunes as "Bonjour Paris", "Sailor Boys", "J'ai deux amours", "I love a piano"(her mother sang it in Easter Parade), and she also sings her greatest hits! The concert closes with a Aznavour/Minnelli medley of American love songs!! Liza is in perfect voice and Charles puts on a good show. Liza's live performances are always so passionate, such as her Carnegie Hall recording. The sound quality is excellent. A good investment for any Liza-lover!

I had the chance to see it in person!

To say that it was one of the best shows in my life would almost be an understatement. It would be, if I hadn't also seen other wonderful shows as that of Barbra Streisand's.

Anyway, if you like either one of them (or even better, both of them) you're going to have a wonderful time listening to that enjoyable show.
