It's amazing how much this slim, lightweight, quality-bound, handsomely-typeset and reasonably-priced book contains: the Order of the Mass in both the Ordinary and Extraordinary Forms, a large Kyriale, a generous collection of Latin hymns for both general and seasonal use, hymns for Benediction, Gospel Canticles for the Liturgy of the Hours, and seasonal Antiphons to the Blessed Virgin Mary - all with elegant (albeit unofficial) English translations! A great bonus is the brief tutorial on singing chant you'll find toward the back of the book.

This book beautifully answers Pope Benedict XVI'S 2007 motu proprio, Summorum Pontificum, which calls for the restoration of the Traditional Latin Mass and seeks to revive the Novus Ordo in its original language. I just love this book! It's perfect for our small start-up congregation for the Tridentine Rite. All my favorite hymns are in it: Jesu Dulcis Memoria, Panis Angelicus, Veni Creator, Ave Verum Corpus, Ecce Panis Angelorum, Adoro Te Devote, Hodie Christus Natus Est, and many more, including processionals for Palm Sunday and Easter.

A wonderful chant resource for your home, church, faith community, friary or even monastery. Has mass settings for both the ordinary and extraordinary forms of the Latin Rite mass. Packed with all you need to equip yourself and others with gregorian chant. A great way to introduce the faithful to Gregorian chant in the sacred liturgy. Gregorian chant is a tremendous music setting, and it is easy to see why the Roman Catholic church has asked that it always have "pride of place" in her liturgy. Hard cover provides durability for many years of congregational use. The price is extremely kind, and one that any stable, faithful community can afford.
