Product Description

Rosters and Lists makes all kinds of rosters and all kinds of lists including mailing lists for printing labels and/or envelopes.  Roster/List members are selected from a database of up to 2000 individuals.  You choose which of 23 database categories (seven of these are user-programmable) that you wish to include on your roster or list. You also select the order that the selected categories appear on the printout. For example, on an athletic team roster, you might choose to have the jersey number printed first (in the left-most column), then the name, etc. On a family information list, you would probably want the name first. etc. Some of the categories in the data base include height, weight, grade in school, and birthdate. When a name is selected from the data base for inclusion onto a list, any other category from the data base that was also selected comes along with the name automatically. Some things of course have to be entered specifically for the roster/list being constructed. Example of this would be jersey number for example. Names of coaches, cheerleaders, managers, school colors, etc. may be added to any roster and any roster or list may edited at any time. There is a maximum of 100 names per roster or list. This program is great for the coach who is always making lists for various purposes.
