The Park Freewheel Removal Tools FR-1 For Shimano FW is
preferable to the Nashbar Freewheel Remover Tool due to the
latter's incompatibility with the Park FRW-1 Freewheel Wrench.

If you're in the business of removing freewheels, maintaining
the ball bearings, lubricating and cleaning the hub, or
repairing spokes, this absolutely needed, with the helpful
Park FRW-1.
