5.0 out of 5 stars Basic, takes up no space, lasts forever
I have several headset wrenches, but tend to use these first. They are cheap and strong, and take up virtually no space in your toolbox. Most shops use them, and they have a handy hole for hanging.

2.0 out of 5 stars Poor 15mm pedal wrench
The headset wrench may be fine, but the 15mm pedal wrench was weak, got stripped on first use and I only got one pedal off (yes I know how pedals work and I wasn't threading them the wrong way). Frustrating.

5.0 out of 5 stars Decent tool, January 26, 2012

I bought the 32 x 15 mainly as a headset wrench. Use this wrench to hold the cup/cone and a large adjustable wrench for the lock nut. It fits a little snug on my current headset so, in my case, it's a good thing it is a hair over sized.

I feel that this is a good tool for its intended purpose.

Park is a solid tool for wrenching your bikes. This is a good tool and nicely made due to laser cutting opposed to some of the cast versions of past and some other import brands. BUT, some of those old Park versions held tighter tolerances. This new one is somewhat within spec and slightly oversized at .25mm. As an FYI, if you have headsets that are undersized these difference can translate into the wrenches leaving marks on the aluminum parts.

Good tools that will last a lifetime.

4.0 out of 5 stars The right tool for the job, August 13, 2011

When dealing with threaded stem bicycles, having a pair of Headset Wrenches is a must. Park makes great tools for bicycles. This one is no exception.

3.0 out of 5 stars Buy it if you have money to burn, otherwise..., May 6, 2010

I'll start off with the two pros: there is no question that this headset wrench will last me a lifetime - I can feel the quality of the metal every time I use it. Secondly, it does save time working on older bikes as a simple wrench like this can easily tighten and loosen headsets - if it doesn't fit the headset, then flip it and most likely it will fit.

Its uni-tasking ability marks its true con: I only use this tool because I feel like I need to use it after wasting money on it - basically, I don't want it to go to waste. I admit, it does save time when I need to tighten my headset but I'm not in a rush to get anywhere.

As the title suggests, get this tool if you have money to burn or work on bikes frequently day-in and day-out. Otherwise, the home mechanic - who does occasional bike repairs and maintenance - would be much better off with a 12 or 15-inch adjustable wrench that can be used on bottom brackets and extremely tight fittings as well.
