The set contains all the basics for beginner to mid-level clligraphers.Quite a good deal for the price. Comes with a booklet that is useful for beginners. Over all I rate this as a very good starter kit that would carry you to the mid-level work. If you don't expect a comprehensive set of options (like left-handed or hollow writing tips) you would not be disappointed.

the pen looks unassuming, but i get lots of compliments when people read the notes i write.
