My 5 y/o loves these shoes. They're stylish, comfortable and he can easily get them on and off. We've tried a few different brands of shoes and since stumbling upon Keens, we haven't looked back. We've had sandals, winter boots and tennis shoes they run consistently 1/2 - 1 size small so it is easily accommodated.

I love Keen brand not only for myself but also for my kids. I used to purchase a pair of shoe to my daughter once every a month and half when she was in kindergarten. I guess she plays quite a bit on the playground as well as wear and tear from day to day activity. Her sneakers and runners would eventually worn off with a hole closed by the front toe area. I tried leather shoes, leather runners and sneakers, none of them would last more than 2 months until I got the Keen shoe for her. The sole is very comfortable and the front toes area with heavy duty rubber protector. Surprisingly, this keen shoe last for 4 months not because it worn off but my daughter outgrown the size.
