I have been using Quink for Parker fountain pens (for those of you who know what they are) since 1953! It must be the same forumla. It's the same color, what they used to call "midnight blue" or "blue black." It flows and dries quickly.

I still have four Parker fountain pens, and I wouldn't use anything but Quink in them. As for those who don't think it's "permanent," try getting it out of a white shirt!

This ink is popular with fountain pen enthusiasts. "Permanent" only means, "not washable with plain water." It is not waterproof, and it is not safe for writing checks.

This ink is great for getting a painterly effect in your drawings. When a wet brush is moved over the ink drawing, the ink gradates into 3 beautiful hues.
