I bought a Parmigiani watch in Aruba and it needed service from the beginning of the purchase. It was running slow and it took over 4 months to get the watch serviced. When I got it back, it was running about a minute fast each day. I have been trying to call - no answer at service or at the President's office for over a month. I have also emailed and received no response - forget about trying to get the watch serviced. Do not buy this item.
