I love this stuff. I picked up one by chance at a 'dollar' type store--haven't been able to find anywhere else. I really liked it's lightly sweet taste, close to the coconut water you get straight from the source. It's got chewy little pieces of coconut that add interest. Delightful little drink. Way cheaper buying it from the case through Amazon; free shipping is a big plus.

I like this product okay, but would rather have pure coconut water (like the Nirvana brand, etc.). I asked around and looked around, but couldn't find anything on its ingredient list. Being that it was by far the cheapest option on Amazon for coconut water, I jumped on a case. It tastes pretty good, but pretty sweet too. If that's your thing, than you'll love it. However, I was disappointed by the ingredients list: young coconut juice, water, young coconut pulp, sugar, sodium metabisulphite (for color retention). It tastes reminiscent of sugar water with a coconut background. By comparison the Nirvana product I've been buying (pure coconut water) has 15 g of sugar / 16 oz. or about 1 g/oz. Parrot has 24 g / 11.5 oz. or about 2 g/oz. In other words, they've doubled the sugar content of an already sweet beverage. 24 g of sugar is still substantially less than a can of pop though at 40-60 g. So if you're looking for a sweet beverage to replace a can of pop for you or someone else, this could be a good option, but I think the natural coconut water is sweet enough and didn't need alteration. The addition of sugar water is probably what decreases the price to create such a competitive price. Nirvana (for example) doesn't have any added preservatives either. You can learn more about sodium metabisulphite here:

The 16 oz Nirvana (as compared to the 11.5 oz Parrot) has the same calories, 0.5 g more fat, same carbs, 1.7 g protein (0 g for Parrot), 6% calcium (2% for Parrot), 8% vitamin C (15% for Parrot), and 6% iron (4% for Parrot). The Nirvana product is also more expensive at $2/16 oz can vs. 0.50 cents/11.5 oz can for Parrot. About 11cents for Nirvana or 4.5cents per oz for Parrot. So it depends on what is affordable for you.

I have been buying this product off of my lunch truck but it was getting pretty expensive. The price and the shipping time was great! I ordered 2 cases.

So I'm at the 99-Cent store where I've purchased coconut water before, but not this brand. Yes, 85% coconut water, but LOTS of chunks of the white stuff floating near the surface, a good thing. And yes, they add sugar, but it's syrup from cane sugar, another good thing. I got a 16-oz. can for 99 cents. I'm happy.

I ordered this product because it would ship to APO. It has a good crisp taste with plenty of pulp in it. Some coconut pieces are large. Looking at the reviews from other products i seen that most of the cans were dented in some way but this product was packaged very well to prevent damage during shipping. I enjoyed this product very well. In fact i am ordering more.

I live in the South, where unfortunately, there isn't a large demand for - and in turn - supply of coconut juice. Fortunately, I found Parrot Juice. I love the taste and was more than grateful for the supply I received via Amazon. I ordered two 24pks, which allowed me to do Supersaver shipping. The final price ended up being around 75 cents/ can. Good product, better deal.

I liked the taste despite how some people don't like it, yes not 100 % Coconut Juice, but I don't mind since I wanted this way after I tasted it in some restaurant, so I decided to give a pack of 24 a try. Sweet and refreshing, that's the word, while many of people wanted 100 % coconut Juice including me, but once in a while I want some change and try something else. I would recommend this if you want it taste sweeter.

Not too bad, Not the Best! but I like it

It is alright, but the Coconut water tastes sugary.... Although it has 24g of sugar the same as the Parrot Coconut water, the Koko Plus Coconut water taste more sugary... Another description of the Parrot coconut water can says it has 410mg of Potassium while the Koko Plus coconut water does not the Potassium description. Between these two brands, the difference in calories is 20. Koko Plus has 100 calories and the Parrot has 120 calories.

Both products has coconut pulp. Definitively, both products are different. I like the Parrot Coconut juice more than the Koko Plus.
