The Parrot Conference phone has been good for business use. I spend a good amount of time in conference calls, this device allows me to use cell phone minutes (no long distance), or skype (voip connected via bluetooth) saving me a lot of money in long distance telephone charges. Audio quality is good, and have yet to receive any complaints about call quality from those on the other end of the line. Overall, pretty good.

Seems like a great product, and works sometimes, but people on the other end of the phone would report hearing themselves "echoing" when using it. This happened if the other end was a mobile or a land line (both intermittently). Seems like it really ought to be better than that. I returned it (this was my third attempt at a BT conf phone, all of them had the same problem when used with my cell phone). Maybe when I get a new cell in a few years I'll try this product again.

Parrot stopped manufacturing this product over 3 years ago, so it does not download the phone book from almost all current phones. The other functions worked well but without having the phone book in the device makes it about useless. Too bad this is a great idea at a good price.
