This is a very nice, high quality carrier that you would be proud to take your bird out in. It has the perfect perch, a place to hang your fid's favorite toy, and ample storage. My only suggestion would be for an addition of a food and water dispenser. There really is no room for them in the present model. I bought this one for my quaker parrot and it is a perfect size. Also, a side opening instead of a top one would make the bird feel more secure about being tucked away. I think it would work well for a budgie, a cockatiel and any smaller conure as well. I recommend this item.
