There are only three tracks from this CD that I actually liked the first time around; they were "Dance With Me", "Peaches & Cream" and "Q, Mike, Slim, Daron". The rest had to grow on me (and it did). I will say this though: I think 'Part III' will be 112's biggest album because it includes surefire hits like "Peaches & Cream", "It's Over Now", and "Still In Love". Anyhow, here is my breakdown - track by track.1) Intro - Tight. It makes you think this album is going to be the "ish". (5/5) 2) Dance With Me - I love this song...has a clubby feel to it. (5/5) 3) It's Over Now - I'm honestly kind of sick of it now, but it's still a great song... (5/5) 4) Peaches & Cream - I think this will be 112's biggest hit. Ever. (5/5) 5) I Surrender - Great interlude...should have been a complete song. (4/5) 6) Missing You - Here was the first track I didn't like when I first heard it, but now I like it a lot. Should be a single... (4/5) 7) All I Want Is You - Horrible... (1/5) 8) Don't Hate Me - This one is cool. It's a midtempo joint with a midwestern bounce to it, a la Crucial Conflict or Bone Thugs 'N' Harmony. (4/5) 9) Q, Mike, Slim, Daron - This interlude is BANGIN! Why is this only an interlude? Trust me, this track is tight... (5/5) 10) Player - Kinda funny. I like it anyway. (3/5) 11) Sweet Love - This ballad sounds like something from 112's first album, a la "Now That We're Done"...remember that one? (4/5) 12) Smile - Umm...the intro sounds like they're going to sing Sisqo's "Incomplete"...but once you get past that, it's a decent ballad. (3.5/5) 13) Caught Up - I like this one a lot. It sounds like something New Edition would have recorded for 'Home Again', their 1996 reunion album. Decent filler track. (4/5) 14) Do What You Gotta Do - Tight. R. Kelly hooked this one up. Easily a single. (5/5) 15) I Think - This one is good too. Possible single...pretty ballad. (4/5) 16) Still In Love - Sounds like something K-Ci and JoJo would sing doesn't it? (Just listen to it...) Oh well, it works. This will blow up (in my opinion) if it's released as a single. (5/5) Thanks for reading! Knyte.

After hits like Only You, Cupid, Love Me, Anywhere.. The fellas of 112 return with their third CD Part III.. On this CD 112 shows great maturity with each release they have gotten better and better.. One of the biggest differences on Part III Compare to the other two CDs this time around they did majority of the written and producing themselves showcasing their writing and producing talents those are truly the best moments on the CD with the songs like the club banger Dance With Me, The current single It's Over Now, One of the best ballads on the Cd in my opinion Missing You this song also showcase Daron's vocal talent, All I Want Is You, Player all these songs are great Another difference you will notice about Part III their mentor Sean " Puffy Combs took an off hands approach on this CD Puffy's presence is only felt on the song Peaches And Cream which he co-wrote and co-produce.. Other noteworthy tracks on this CD: the R. Kelly produce Do What You Gotta Do one of my true personal favorites , Smile, Dont Hate Me(featuring Twista), I Think 112 has done it again with another great CD pick this up you will be glad you did ..

112 does it again,

112 it back again ladies and gentlemen. Just like they did on their previous two CDs, "112" and "Room 112", they are here to give the fans what they want. "Part 3" presents 112 at the best that I have ever seen them all around, but I still think that their 1st disc will always be their best. On this CD, 112 has an all around balance to offer for their fans. You get your fair share of fast songs, midtempo tracks and slow jams. This is the best I have ever heard 112 on the uptempo tracks. They have definitely taken these songs to another level. The 1st single, "It's Over Now" is definitely an example of this. They use the same beat that Mobb Deep used for their 1999 summer smash, "Quiet Storm" and make it a tight r&b song. They also have additional versions on the maxisingle with G Dep, Shyne, and Prodigy of Mobb Deep. Other uptempo songs that are tight are "Dance With Me", "All I Want Is You", and "Peaches And Cream". "Peaches And Cream" should definitely be a single some time in the future. However, 112 also shows what they are known for which are the tight slow songs. Just like they did with "Cupid", "Pleasure And Pain", and "Love You Like I Did", 112 shows that they have no problem making love songs. The R Kelly produced "Do What You Gotta Do", "Smile", "Sweet Love", and my favorite song on the CD, "Player". This song has 112 describing their lifestyle to a female friend and telling the woman that if they ever decide to change their way of living, the first person they would choose would be that female. Overall, this is a well balanced CD. This CD shows 112's maturity and shows that they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Any fan of their two previous CDs will enjoy this one as well.

ooh yea... 112 has done it again. this time mostly by themselves: writing and producing most of their own stuff. their single "it's over now" is really hype and blowing up all over right now, but you got to check out the rest of the album: "dance with me" will probably be a HOT club tune very soon, and as a dj: I WILL PLAY IT AT THE CLUB. "peaches and cream" is a very smooth track. "still in love" is a wonderful love song. I could go on about the other tracks but the whole CD is damn good. GO AND BUY "112 - PART 3". you will not regret

Part III...the saga continues,

112, Part III, by now these boys had killed ladies hearts with their first album, they had killed it with the fellas with their 2nd album. Third album had to be something right? Usually in this biz this is supposed to be your worst cd, well...it's not this, but sadly...it's about to get ugly with "Hot & Wet". Anyways, Senior year 2001 for me in Colorado, u could NOT go through our parking lot without hearing SOMEONE bumpin' either Peaches & Cream, Dance with me, or It's over now. This cd went ultra mainstream real fast! For good reason tho, the cd was sick. It had more of what "Room 112" had on it, fast dance song with some rap verses on 'em. Like a Jedi moving down the wrong path in the world towards the dark side, 112 was sloooooowly moving down that Thugged-out R&B road. No one cared they weren't crying on records about Cupid or you being Only one, they wanted to dance, and they did with "Dance with me". Diddy stepped back a lil from this album and let the boys bring in some folks to help em bang out a record. Peaches & Cream, which if you have yet to hear somehow, was THE song of the summer, it was nuts, it had guys groovin and girls going crazy. It's Over now, the first single from the album is one of my all time favs. I got ahold of it about 6 months before the cd or the actual single was released, I loved it. I had just gotten into a huge break-up ordeal with my girl at the time and she was a huge 112 fan, I got it, burned just the single...and one day when she came home, all her cd player said was "Play me", she played it, got dissed, game over. Sorry, outta line lol. Anyways back to the cd, every 112 cd good or bad has the love jams you have come to know from these cats. "Smile" is a beautiful song, one of their best, "Still in love" & "Sweet love" are awesome too, a track called "Making love" which didn't make the album for some reason is another awesome track that gets the girls teary eyed. If u can, download that and file it, u will love it. "Do what u gotta do" is a serious yet acceptable song, "Player" was a hard one for most of the fans to take in at first but I mean after 5 years of success I am sure the love-birds started gettin their freak on and bouncin, it happens to em all, honest song tho. Caught Up is a very awesome too. And of course, the intro and interludes are off the hook. This is prolly the most popular 112 cd to date, so go get it, pssh what am I saying y'all prolly already have it? Anyways if you were caught sleepin...WAKE UP AND COP THIS!
Now the bad part comes....Hot & Wet

This album is hott. A great album from 112. I love their distinctive sound, sort of high pitched, dru hill-like. I bought this album only having heard "Peaches N Cream" and I came out pleasantly surprised. I was on a road trip and listened to every song on it while chilling in the back seat. Almost every song on the album is good, that's saying a lot. Slim makes this cd what it is... his voice is incredible and sounds great. Their critics say that they can't sing, but I think that's just because of their different, distinctive sound. I think that's a good thing, they're unique. Therefore, I highly reccommend this album to any true r&b cats. the best jams on here are: "Intro" - What can I say? It's hott! No better way to kick off a great album than with a great intro. It's got the beat from "Dead Wrong" off of one of the Notorious BIG's albums. Just a little 12 is all you need! 9/10 "Over Now" - Breaking up with a girl that's going behind your back. Breaking up is hard to do, but you gotta do it sometimes. Like a lot of these other songs, a great hook and catchy lyrics. 9/10 "Peaches N Cream" - One of the best songs of 2001. Great beat, good to dance to. 10/10 "Missing You" - 112's got the blues. Great slow jam. Led off by someone other than Slim that does a great job, he sounds great. Really got the blues. 9/10 "Sweet Love" - Great slow jam. U have to hear it, thats it. 8/10 "Dance With Me" - Club banger. 8/10 "Don't Hate Me" - Incredible, clean rap verse from Twista and catchy hook. Kind of a playa's anthem. Major head bobbin' to this jam. 10/10 "All I Want Is You" - Uptempo song with a catchy hook. 7/10 "Player" - Blues again, kind of funny but sounds good. 7/10 get this album if you're into r&b and soul.

I just bought this cd, i have the first cd and this one now and this one is tons better then the first. The first one made me fall asleep even though it was a great cd. But this cd is more uptempo in all of the songs. the best songs on the cd are Hate Me, Dance with me, and Peaches and Cream. If you liked any of there other albums you will love this album.

112's new album "Part 3" is the best album out right now as of 5/24/01. Its filled with hot tracks and the beats are like nothing like I've ever heard before. This is there best album yet. I suggest you get yourself a copy. Oh what the hell, get two copies. One for your cd player and one for your car. (if you drive) You don't want to miss out on this one. Don't waste your time on reading the 1 and 2 star reviews, trust me you got to have this album. Even though Daron is my favorite out of the four they sound great together. They remind me of a mixture of Ruff Endz and Next, only better. Almost all the songs are decent, but the definite top 3 are:1)DON'T HATE ME- This is my favorite and the best track on the album. I like the beat and twista has amazing flow 2)PEACHES AND CREAM- this song is the second best on the album. "Peaches and Cream" or "Don't Hate Me" should of been there first single. The video is nice 3)IT'S OVER NOW-this song is cool, but soon after it was released it was like on every station especially (hot 97). So now I'm kinda sick of it, but I don't mind hearing it every now and then. Get this album today. I can't wait for Part 4(lol). Lets help 112 go diamond. Only about 9,000,000 more copies to go. It's the S the L the I the M.

This CD is 112 at their very best. It's the perfect mix of R&B and clubby music. The vocals are smooth, the lyrics are hot...what more can you ask for? Part Three is serious ear candy. If you don't have it, get it!
