I have used this program for at least four years. It helps me to settle into a profound state of relaxation. I take it to meditation retreats and using it once a day helps my meditation immeasurably. To use this you must have purchased a Wild Divine game containing finger sensor hardware. After spending so much on software and hardware it is a little disappointing that Somatic Visions only lets you use the program on one computer. In order to use it on a new computer you will have to get a deactivation code for the firs computer. This code conundrum does not contribute to stress free living. Still, I recommend Particle editor highly.
