This review is from: Partners in Conflict: The Politics of Gender, Sexuality, and Labor in the Chilean Agrarian Reform, 1950–1973 (Next Wave: New Directions in Women's Studies) (Paperback)
In Partners in Conflict, Heidi Tinsman produces exactly the kind of feminist historical scholarship Joan Wallach Scott famously called for in the 1980s. Easily the best monograph on social struggle I've read. Highly recommended.
