Great Compilation,

After downloading the music (legally, using the new subscription-based Napster), I knew I had to buy this music. But not this album. I hunted down the version mentioned by another reviewer that includes a DVD. It appears on Amazon as "Parts of the Process (CD & DVD) [LIMITED EDITION]." It costs more, but it'll be cool to see the group performing live.I love the electronica genre because of the near-universal presence of ethereal female vocals.... and this group is the epitome of that!!! Great job Morcheeba! Keep it coming!!!

i don't actually own this album but i have heard every song on it and can tell you that it is well worth your money. some of morcheeba's absolute best songs ever are on this cd, and you get two new songs. there are little comments from DJ paul godfrey for each song along with a "history" of the band. if you don't own all four morcheeba items you should buy this sampler to get a taste of how their sound has evolved. it will probably inspire you to go out and buy all four disks, which are an investment any music lover will profit from.

In the few years that Morcheeba has been around, the band has been able to carve a niche among club-hoppers and easy music listeners likewise, with its blend of trip-hop, infectious beats and amazing vocals. This CD is a compilation of some of their biggest hits, including 'Rome wasn't built in a day' and 'Be yourself'.My personal favourites include 'Undress me now', 'The sea' and 'What New York couples fight about'. I would have given this compilation 5 stars, but it misses 2 great tracks in the oriental-sounding 'A well deserved break' (from the album 'Fragments of Freedom) and the phenomenal 'Three orange whips' (from the album 'Blindfold'). All said and done, this is a GREAT compilation and a perfect introduction to the music of Morcheeba. BUY IT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, and you won't be disappointed!!!
