It was a great thing someone came up with the idea to do this book. The most memorable experiences in life occur at events like the ones listed in Party Across America. I've been to about 7 of the 101 spots listed and now have added many more to my list that I know will be unforgettable experiences. Looking forward to seeing more from this author!

LOVED this well written party guide to the best and obscure bashes throughout the US! Now I wouldn't mind seeing an Anthony Bourdain 'No Reservations' type show about following the author around to all these spots while he parties with the locals!

Great book for anyone looking for unheard of festivals and parties right here in the good ole' USA. From crazy night life in Vegas to monster catfish in Oklahoma, there's something for everyone. I highly recommend picking up a copy for friend as well and plan your next event together!

I was trying to buy a gift for a 20 something guy who would just rather buy anything he wants for himself, and came upon this book. Hooray! This book is sure to inspire many great adventures, and is a fun read. Definitely recommended.

The author has to be some special kind of party animal, the kind who remembers all the best details from the party! All the bases are covered to get you groovin' at the best parties in the USA. Fun facts abound!

I am a total "fest" head and need to know where and when the next big fun will be held... and then came along this gem. Michael Guerriero wrote the field guide to such events as Montana's Testicle Fest, California's Gilroy Garlic Fest (bring altoids!) and The Exotic Erotic Ball, Colorado's Great American Beer Fest (duh!), Texas' Austin City Limits, Florida's World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, and who can forget Pennsylvania's Mummer's Parade!
I gave myself a copy for Christmas and ordered 8 more for my friends and family. |
