this is a perfect rock n roll record. energy, attitude, and charisma, coupled with the occasional face-melting guitar solo. that's all i need. goes good with beer.

After devouring Turbonegro's "Apocalypse Dudes", I decided to explore their other albums. "Party Animals" was a huge surprise, being as entertaining lyrically as "Apocalypse Dudes", but having the guitar work to be a rocking work of art. Not for the faint of heart, musically or lyrically, and has the same sense of playfulness as "Apocalypse Dudes", but doesn't dive as deep into the pseudo-homoeroticism as "Apocalypse Dudes" did. One of my top 10 albums of all time.

The DVD that's included? Forgettable - probably of interest to very hard-core Turbonegro fans, but most aren't going to be entertained by 15 minutes of a Turbonegro dude working out w/ some Turbonegro soundbites playing between some diaglogue centered around the workout. Never the less, still a great buy for the music alone.

it's latter-day Turbonegro: Loud, bombastic, paying tribute to the rock n roll animals of the 70s and 80s and all with a great sense of humor. it's no Apocalypse Dudes, but it's still better than 90% of the other stuff out there. And it's got Keith Morris singing along, what else do you want?

Hmmm i know one thing that i can say and that is i had fun listening to this engaging and exciting cd. With lyrics and song themes that would make a nun blush. These guys from Turbonegro know how to have fun on a record and do it without taking themselves too seriously. The first cd that i've gotten by them...but if they are like Party Animals then it won't be the last. So yeah Party Animals check it out.

I'm an avid TurboNegro fan, and I have to say: Party Animals is my favorite. This band fails to let me down at each and every step and I can't wait to see what they have to offer next.
