"Party Rock Anthem" is one of the catchiest dance tunes to come along in a while. If you have heard any of LMFAO's other songs, such as "I'm in Miami", you know the members, RedFoo and SkyBlu (who also happen to be a son and grandson of Motown founder Berry Gordy) has a quirky sense of beats and lyrics. If you only heard this song, you would be highly entertained.

However, the real treat is full length music video, which is a spoof of the zombie film "28 Days Later", but instead awaking from a coma to a city infected with the `rage' virus (from the film), RedFoo and SkyBlu find the city's inhabitants infected with the need to `shuffle' ["Everyday... people... they be `shuffling'", they are warned]. It's got some great choreography and it's even got a friggin' break dancing robot! This song and video reach levels of awesome previously unknown to the music listening public.

Just had to add this musical masterpiece to my collection after seeing those dancing Kia hamsters with those robots. That commercial hooked me good. Then saw the official 'Party Rock' video from LMFAO and that sealed the deal. Lucky I bought this before I saw the video of Ryan Seacrest trying to learn the shuffle. I put it out of my mind finally, and now... Every day I'm shufflin'!

These guys live and breath America. They dress, dance, say, and pretty much do what they want to do. No fear of what people will say of them and their music. Although the music is great, inwardly and outwardly, they display: Freedom. My girls can't stop dancing to this...lol, which pretty much makes me a dance or bob my head as well. Thumbs up.

...for most of the Top 40 hits of today. Over the last couple of years, there were only three songs I heard at the gym that I liked enough to download onto my computer: Party Rock Anthem by Lmfao, Someone Like You by Adele, and Jar Of Hearts by Christina Perri. I'm not a Lady Gaga fan, but I liked Bad Romance, too, I guess...

This song always reminds me of the hamsters breaking it down on that car commercial. It really is a good song, and is great for dancing or just general jamming out in your car when no one is looking. I recommend LMFAO as a break from all the poppy songs of the decade.
