Styish Pop, Sexy and Fun, April 26, 2003

Prior to purchasing this CD, I had never heard any of Ms. Ceberano's material. In fact, I was looking for what I understand to be her jazz releases when I settled on this purchase.
I became an instant fan upon hearing the album. The tunes are catchy, sexy, and very fun. The production is excellent. While reviews I have seen of this release make reference back to the period of the 80s in terms of style, the lyrics and content of "Pash" can also take us gals back to active bachelorette days.
This diva's record catalogue is one I aim to collect and include in my music library. Oh, and the woman has pipes!

Pop music the way pop music should be, July 27, 1998

Do yourself a favor, get to a listening station near you and let this album work it's magic. This is the way pop music should sound. Kate pays homage to The Pretenders, Squeeze, Blondie and others in the album notes and in her songs. If that's not the best recommendation to buy a CD I don't know what is.
