I have gone through the process of starting a new venture and I can't think of anything important that isn't covered by Andy Freire's book. He has managed to put together a concise yet complete perspective on entrepreneurship in emerging markets.
I am about to launch a new business, and "Pasion por Emprender" has been a great review of the issues I will soon face again. Even from my recent MBA years, I don't recall a better book for someone who is about to start a new company.
Don't expect to get a checklist of things to consider in a start up, but rather something much more valuable; the experience and advise of one of Latin America's most successful entrepreneurs.

El libro de Andy Freire me parecio excepcional. Un libro de clara aplicabilidad al proceso de emprender. Claro, con ejemplos y experiencias concretas Una obra maestra.

He tenido la oportunidad de leer libros de muchos emprendedores, pero para mí este es el mejor. Andy cuenta su historia de una manera muy sencilla, práctica y cercana.

En América Latina, que el tema de creación de empresas con capital de riesgo se empezó a masificar hace uno cuantos años, un libro como este deber ser requisito para iniciar empresa. En el libro Andy cuenta sus vivencias, experiencias, como logró montar su empresa y como la vendió. Los ejemplos que provee me abrieron los ojos y me mostró técnicas reservadas para grandes empresas o emprendedores con mucho recorrido.
