5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent source for North Carolina genealogy researchers., January 31, 1999

This review is from: Pasquotank County, North Carolina Record of Deeds, 1700-1751 (Paperback)
Provides invaluable information on settlers along North Carolina's Pasquotank River in the first half of the 18th century. Describes the land patented, sold, or bought, and lists the names of patent holders and subsequent owners, along with ajoining landowners and, in many cases, family members and relationships. A real gold mine for anyone whose family tree includes branches in early North Carolina.
