Lisick shows you single life in the City. You know the people she describes; you will have many knowing smiles and nods as you listen.
The band's sound is unique and welcome. Not enough vibes in my world. I come back to this CD at least once a year and recommend it.

The band is better than the clips, and has a great live presence. She sings Caberet style, with a small backing band. Her voice and lyrics are the main attraction, with her deep slinky voice just pouring itself over you. Good for late at night when everything else seems too forthright.
