Co-recommended by and for the Unofficial Guide, I bought both. This guide doesn't contain much new information from the Unofficial Guide, and is much more concise and compact. However, it has two adults, teen, kid, and toddler ratings for each attraction, which is very helpful and interesting.

The absolute best part of this book, however, is the organizer pockets at the back. There are enough pockets for a ten day vacation, plus a couple of extra, and a couple of travel pockets as well. You can write reservation info, impressions of rides for a scrapbook or something once you get home, and put tickets, pamphlets, etc. in the pockets. I plan on using the cut-out guides from the Unofficial Guide and keeping them in the pockets. I have already put all my ADRs on the pages, and I'm not leaving until May. ;)

This book is small enough that it should fit in a medium bag or pack as you tour. I wouldn't have been happy with it as my only guide, but as a companion and organizer, it's top notch.

I'm so glad my brother bought me this guide. Not only does it have EVERY part of the "World" inside, it comes with maps, tidbits and more importantly phone numbers. We went at Thanksgiving and using this book, I was able to reserve a table in Downtown Disney just a week before leaving. When I called the official Disney number for help, I was giving the woman at the other end of the line suggestions about where to call! She asked me which guide I was using, she was that impresssed.
There are pockets at the back to store things in so you have a section all ready if you're scrapbooking when you return. Diary entries are also provided.
The only downside is the sheer size of the book; it's difficult to take with you to each park. The maps are detachable however. If you study it and make lists on the plane, you can decide which things you'd like to see when.
The book tells you which rides have the "fast pass" option, what wait times are like and also where to see the fireworks and parades from. I gotten it for 2 friends leaving within the next year and they are just thrilled with it. The book is updated yearly so it's up to the minute (a must for the ever changing Disney!)
A big thanks and kudos to the people that put this together. It's really one of the best buys I've ever made.

I love this guide to WDW -- I get one every year for my annual trek to The World. This, together with the "Unofficial Guide" will give you everything you need to know. The Passporter not only gives reviews of the attractions based on mom, dad, and kids rating the attractions, it also provides amazingly wonderful color maps of each park and overall area, and several pockets to keep your own park maps, ticket stubs, and odds and ends that you collect. Those of us who find that important LOVE that feature at the back of the book. I find that the reviews are somewhat basic, and that mom and dad frequently disagree on which attractions they like and don't like - it's great to read their dissenting opinions as you decide what is worth a wait in line, and what is not. NOTE: the passporters do NOT provide comprehensive touring plans and attendance record information day to day like the Unofficial Guide does -- if your goal is the fastest possible completion of all attractions at the parks, make sure you get the Unofficial Guide as well. But, for me, the Passporters each year are an indespensible part of my WDW vacation.
