A New Beginning,
By
This review is from: Passage (Audio CD)
Osunlade is quickly acsending to the level of Larry Heard AKA "Mr. Fingers" in his production skills. These tracks are off the beaten path and skillfully blended. The tracks that really got me going were "Music, Ruff Way, Mirror Dance, & Locked." My only detraction would be this version of "My reflection" is not as good as the original. Passage is a tight blend of tribal and soul that will definitely cure your deep house blues.

Closes To Africanism In USA,

This review is from: Passage (Audio CD)
Totally funky, culturally deep and flawless blending of musical instruments. I thought the group, Copyright, had the best cd of the summer thus far, but Osunlade's "Passage" equally matched this brillance. Its a collector's cd. I am also feeling Danny Tenaglia's new cd "Futurism", even though is electronic. It grooves like his brillant cd "Back To Basics". Thank you Osunlade for uplifting me spiritually.
Bravo, Bryan-aka Maracca Man
